Susan Hoffman-Watts Sings
Susan Hoffman-Watts sings a new composition during the Eldriedge Street Klezmer tour in Rockchester, NY on Oct. 21, 2007 during reherasal. Susan is from a long line of dynastic klezmer musicians, her grandfather was I.J. Hoffmann (the klezmer xylophone player) and her Mother Elaine Hoffman just won a NEH award for her preservation of the old klezmer drumming style in Philadelphia. With Yale and Elizabeth Strom, Bob Cohen, Alicia Svigals, Norbert Satchel, Peter Stan, Barry Mitterhoff, Jum Whitney, Dave Likht, Rachel Lemish, Yankl Falk, and Paul Brody.

A Great Day on Eldridge Street
Oct 12, 2007. Yale Strom amasses a crowd of Klezmer musicians for a photo shot on the steps of the newly rennovated Eldreidge Street Synagogue in New York City. As the shoot finishes, Yale, Michael Alpert, Yankl Falk and others break into the Yiddish song, "Ale Brider" (We're all brothers). Presnt are Theo Bikel, Frank London, Don Byron, Alicia Svigals... just about everybody involved in the revival of Klezmer music.
