This week Inside USA travels to Miami, Florida and Havana, Cuba to look at the disproportionate power that the Cuban American vote has over a US presidential election. Fidel Castro may have stepped down and his younger brother Raul taking his place, but in Miami's Cuban American community, little has changed. As an ethnic and ideological group they have carved out significant influence in Washington.

Tigers' influence on Russian rockapops
Russian musician Ilya Lagutenko, the leader of the Mumiy Troll band, plays neither rock, nor pop. He calls it rockapops. He doesn't care much about big earnings, releasing a new double album -- a format seen as unprofitable by many musicians. But he does care about rare Amur tigers and is the patron of a fund dedicated to their preservation.

Influence
Wayne (Mitchell Roché) and Annie (Mary Fanto) need to sell their house, and are doing so without a real estate agent to help. Annie tells Wayne "you get to do the paperwork" while she'll negotiate. Unfortunately, Annie gets paged by the medical center she works for, right after the potential buyers (Jenny Mollen, Taylor Johns) arrive. Wayne is extremely nervous and vulnerable, and doesn't want to make a mistake...but sometimes things don't always go as planned in this comic caper.
