A famous French film director Bertrand Normand takes a rare look behind the curtains. He takes us through the audition process at the famed Vaganova Academy, then through the first steps of the lucky ones who made it into the Mariinsky theater -- Somova, Obraztsova and lets us take a peak into professional life of those who made it all the way to the top -- Lopatkina, Vishneva, Zakharova.
